Do you deliver/collect outside the M25 or London?
Yes, additional charges may apply depending on location.
Refundable Deposit - Why is it required?
The refundable deposit is compulsory to reserve your storage unit and collection team in advance. As a collection-based storage service, this allows us to confidently plan vehicles, staff, and space while keeping pricing fair for all customers.
The deposit is not a fee or penalty and is never at risk - if you cancel your booking with sufficient notice in line with our Terms & Conditions, it is refunded in full. If your storage goes ahead, the deposit remains fully refundable at the end of your storage period once the account has been settled, or it can be used as a credit toward your redelivery.
What happens if I need to cancel or postpone my booking? Are there cancellation charges?
If you need to cancel or postpone your booking before the service starts, cancellation charges may apply depending on how much notice is given, as set out in our Terms & Conditions. Any payments already made, including the refundable deposit, will be refunded, subject to these charges. If sufficient notice is given, no charges apply, and the deposit is returned in full.

How do I cancel or vacate my storage?
Mobile Storage: 10 working days written notice. Delivery subject to availability.
Is your storage damp/moisture free?
Yes. Our facilities are well maintained and dry.
Are your facilities temperature controlled?
Most of our facilities are not temperature controlled but we do have facilities that have this option.
Where are my goods stored?
Your items will either be stored in a storage facility in London or at storage facility in Gloucestershire. This helps us to keep our prices as low as possible.
How secure is your storage?
All our storage facilities include 24 hr monitored CCTV and alarms.
Do you sell boxes?
Yes! We sell boxes and packing materials. Please add at checkout or contact our friendly team.
How much does it cost?
£82.50 + VAT per Kiwi Cube per month.
My access is up via a lift, will this be a problem?
Not a problem! We can collect from highrises. We allow for one hour loading and charge £99 + VAT per hour after that.
How does collection for Mobile Storage work?
Once your collection day and time is confirmed our team will arrive and load the Kiwi Cubes. They will collect from anywhere in the collection address, but your goods must be packed and any items that require disassembling to be disassembled or extra charges may be incurred. Likewise when you need your goods back, our team will deliver them at the agreed date and time. Please note we allow one hour for loading. If you require longer additional charges may apply.
How do I transport my goods to you?
Collection is included in your price is a one off charge to collect your goods (FREE if you are staying 3+ months). You just need to pack your goods and we will do all the heavy lifting and loading your goods into storage. If you would like a packing service we can also do that. Please note we allow one hour for loading. If you require longer additional charges may apply.
How can I access my items?
We just need 72 hours notice and you can visit our depot in NW10 or SW19. Please note there is £30 fee for accessing your Kiwi Cube in mobile storage.
What if I need to cancel before I move in?
Mobile Storage: Please let us know 2 working days in advance or there will be a £75 + VAT charge.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. As members of the Self Storage Association we require you to either provide proof from your insurer that your goods are covered in our storage facility or you must take out sufficient Store Protection for the declared value of your goods on a new for old basis.
How do I pay?
We require payment by debit or credit card which is done securely online. Payments will be charged monthly in advance to the card provided.
How do I book a unit?
To book Mobile Storage simply complete the online quote form to get a quote and then use our easy to use booking system. You will need to provide some forms of ID. One of our team will then call you back to confirm your move in date and to confirm payment details.
Over the phone: Just call us and one of our friendly team will confirm the number of Kiwi Cubes. They will then email you to electronically sign the contract, upload some ID and payment details.
What documentation do I need to book? We require two forms of ID. A copy of your drivers licence, passport or student ID and a photo of you holding up the ID (just to make sure it is actually you!)
We will also need an emergency contact number in case you are overseas for example.
What if I need a bigger storage unit?
Not a problem! We can simply add more Kiwi Cubes.
What size storage will I need?
Refer to our space calculator which provides useful information to help you work out how much storage you need.

Are there any hidden or extra costs?
In a word No. You pay for the storage you need.
*You will need to provide proof of insurance from your household cover or take out Store Protection through us on a new for old basis.
What do you do about fragile items?
Most clients pack themselves, so please ensure you use adequate packing materials to keep your belongings safe. If you need help with packing or packing materials we can certainly assist with that.
What if I want to to stay for only a short period of a few days or less than a month?
Not a problem! Let us know and we can provide a solution
What can't I store?
You can not store the following: perfume products, tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, beers, wines, spirits and the like; Portable battery chargers, power banks or any similar portable power source; Money or currency of any kind, jewellery, watches, trinkets, precious stones or metals, deeds, securities, bullion, bonds, securities, stamps, coins or goods or collections of any similar kind; Furs worth in excess of £100; Mobile telephones, tablets, laptops or portable media or portable computing devices of any kind; E-cigarettes; Pornographic material; Medicines or drugs of any kind; Food or perishable items or those requiring a controlled environment; Property likely to encourage vermin or other pests or to cause infestation or contamination; Pets, livestock or any other living creatures or plants; Combustible or flammable substances such as fireworks, gas, paint, petrol, oil, cleaning solvents, aerosols, or compressed gases; Any material or substances or items illegally obtained such as illicit, counterfeit or smuggled tobacco or alcohol and unlicensed or unsafe items; Weapons, explosives, ammunitions or explosives of any sort, associated accessories, materials or ingredients of all kinds; Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents; Asbestos or other potentially hazardous substances; Any item that emits fumes or odours;
